Message	didn't agree to purchase the parts from him. You would have paid tax if you purchased the parts anywhere else. You either need to pay him the sales tax or you should have purchased the parts yourself and paid the sales tax to someone else. It sounds like you're wanting him to just eat the tax, or illegally not report the sale. If he paid the sales tax on the parts, then you don't have to pay the sales tax, but that tax is part of his cost that will be passed on to you. Dustin
